Privacy policy
Effective July 17, 2026.
This policy explains how ClingCatch collects and uses information through its public pages, private creator workspace, FLO conversations, phone features, and purchased services.
Information collected
- Identity and contact information supplied by a visitor or customer.
- Business descriptions, content, offers, intake answers, and operator-approved profile data.
- Private FLO conversations and phone transcripts when those features are used.
- Account, session, device, security, and service-usage records.
- Payment status and transaction metadata received from Stripe. ClingCatch does not collect or store full payment-card numbers through its application.
- When a creator explicitly connects a third-party platform account (such as TikTok), public information about that creator's own videos (titles, links, and view counts) read directly from that platform's own API, so it can be shown alongside the creator's other real numbers on their profile. This connection is never used to post, edit, or share anything on the creator's behalf, and a creator can disconnect it at any time.
How information is used
Information is used to operate and secure accounts, provide FLO and launch services, respond to support requests, meter AI services, prevent abuse, process and reconcile purchases, and publish only information the operator marks public.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers used to deliver the service, such as Stripe for payments, Twilio for phone or verification functions, Cloudflare for network security and routing, configured AI providers for requested FLO responses, and, only when a creator has explicitly connected their own account, TikTok's own API for reading that creator's public video statistics. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Mobile information and messaging consent
No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS/text messaging opt-in or consent, is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers that operate the messaging system on ClingCatch's behalf (such as Twilio, which transmits the messages) receive this information only to deliver the messages you request, and only under their own confidentiality obligations. ClingCatch may also disclose information where required by law. Neither is a sale of your information, and neither is a marketing or promotional use.
Message frequency varies based on your own use of the service — there is no fixed sending schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP to a message for help, STOP to opt out.
Private and public information
Private conversations, credentials, customer records, unpublished drafts, and private node files are not intended for public node pages. Public profiles, public CATCH publications, and public offers are visible to anyone after operator approval.
Retention, security, and choices
Records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal and financial obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the network. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion subject to legal retention requirements.
Children and changes
ClingCatch business services are not directed to children under 13. This policy may be updated as the service changes; the effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
